How we handle information from product inquiries, website communications and Meta lead forms.
Effective: July 16, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Guangdong DeLian Group Co., Ltd. ("DeLian", "we", "us") handles personal information submitted through this website, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, email, telephone and related business communications.
For these inquiries, DeLian is the organization responsible for deciding how the information is used. Meta separately processes information on Facebook and Instagram under its own privacy policy.
Depending on the form or communication, we may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, company, job role, country or region, product interests, equipment and process requirements, estimated purchasing volume, and the content of your inquiry.
When you use a Meta lead form, we also receive the information you choose to submit through that form and basic campaign or lead-source information supplied by Meta. Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial account information, health information or other sensitive personal data.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; recommend suitable industrial oils or metalworking fluids; prepare quotations, samples or technical information; arrange sales and distributor follow-up; maintain business records; improve our products and marketing; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent. We may also process information as necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward a business relationship, comply with law, or pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with authorized DeLian personnel, group companies, distributors or sales representatives serving your region, and service providers that support hosting, communications, customer relationship management, security or legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.
Because DeLian is headquartered in China and serves international customers, information may be processed outside your country, including in China. We take reasonable contractual, organizational and technical measures to protect information when it is transferred.
Lead and inquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship, warranty or technical support, legal claims, tax and accounting duties, or another legal requirement. We then delete or anonymize the information where reasonably practicable.
We use reasonable access controls, staff authorization, system safeguards and internal procedures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of your information. You may also opt out of direct marketing at any time.
To make a request, email info@delian.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
This website uses local browser storage to remember your language selection. We do not currently use that selection to identify you. If analytics, advertising pixels or additional cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Facebook, Instagram and other third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of information before you submit it to DeLian is outside our control.
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
